Art and Angela while investigating Helena[src]

Angela "Angie" Deangelis is a detective who works alongside Arthur Bell and worked alongside Beth Childs.

She is the one that never seems to get what she wants, which is Beth’s partner, Art. She is gunning for Beth's partner because he is really high up in the precinct. She is a bit of a keener and very by the textbook. But this soon changed, and she found herself getting more out of it than she wanted. She is good at what she does and is very tough. [1]

Season One

Detective Angela Deangelis is a coworker of Art and Beth in the precinct. She is among the few people who greets Sarah, while posing as Beth, when she shows up at the precinct.

Not much is known about how she actually gets along with Beth, but she seems to have a good working relationship with Art. During Sarah's time at the precinct, Deangelis constantly chatted with her about their cases. When Art then benched faux-Beth for her strange actions that day, Art instead worked the case with Deangelis. During their moments alone, Angie is seen subtly bad-mouthing "Beth" by expressing her suspicions about her to Art. After Sarah abandons her position as a pretend cop, Deangelis is still working on the case as Art's stand-in partner.

Season Two

Along with Art, she finds Vic at a rehabilitation centre, where he is trying to turn his life around. Overhearing Vic recounting his story to the other patients, the cops confront Vic about a warrant for stolen meat. They then ask Vic about information regarding Sarah, and Vic reveals that he last saw her at a suburban home, and leads the cops to the Hendrixes' home. However, Vic is caught by Donnie Hendrix spying on him and Alison, who are going to dispose of Dr Leekie's body. When Donnie threatens Vic, Vic reveals that Deangelis is parked nearby the Hendrixes' home. Donnie responds by confronting Deangelis, taking an incriminating photo of Deangelis with Vic as blackmail, and threatening to destroy her career if she continues to stalk their family.

Season Four

Angela is a tough and slightly sadistic woman. She acts very intimidating towards everyone around her and is not afraid of acting on her own against her partner's wishes. She enjoys the sight of actual corpses, which is, unlike her fearlessness and toughness, an unusual trait for a policewoman.

Despite all that, she overlooks obvious things. Primarily the fact Beth, Sarah and Alison are clones; even Donnie called her stupid (and THAT'S saying something.)
