Orphan Black: The Next Chapter Audio Series[]
Season 1[]
Dana is seen in a photo by Charlotte Bowles, who was researching on the internet for a paper. Charlotte showed her aunts Cosima and Delphine. They all agreed that she was not on the List of LEDA Clones given to Felix by Rachel Duncan. This started a race against time trying to track her down and give her the Clone Vaccine. It was noted that Dana was sick in the photo.
"To Ignore the Obvious"[]
Charlotte and Alison find Dana in a hospital in Boston in quarantine. The LEDA's original goal was to the give her vaccine, instead when Charlotte was in the isolation room where Dana was, she saw the actual reason Dana was there, and what was making her sick. This illness took the form of a 'mottled splotch crawling from beneath her hospital gown like some kind of living thing, the wheezing catch in her breath'. It was a clone sickness, but one the LEDA's had never seen before.
Dana wakes up and sees Charlotte, thinking she is "Bridget", she tells Charlotte that she believes the disease only affects her and her "cousins". Dana was not surprised to see another version of herself.
Unfortunately Charlotte got sick as well as Dana. White visiting with Dana, getting sicker herself, Dana had a visitor. This man, had never met her before. He claimed to be the man who took over the department that includes the Clone experiment.
He sees the twenty-eight years long project and clones as pointless and useless and is trying to figure out how to close the program as they pose 'an incredible number of risks, not the least of which a public relations disaster. And all for a program that doesn’t even bring any benefits.'
Charlotte watched the shadow of the man’s arm move. He appeared to be doing something to Dana’s IV drip. “You’re very resilient, you know,” he said. “You and all your sisters. Like the twelve dancing princesses, or some other fairy tale.” - Season 1 Ep 5 "Every Child Is Cast From Paradise"
Appearance[]
Dana sighed, sinking further into her pillows. Her skin was a mottling of scaly gray and angry red rash against the crisp hospital whites; her hair, lightened to warm browns with a hint of gold, was clumped with sweat. “I’m sorry, I ... I just thought we were the only ones. It doesn’t make sense.”

The Boston Clones appear to be genetic identicals to the LEDA Clones, only younger. The LEDA's were born in 1984 (2005-Charlotte) and the Boston Clones were born in 1993.
